You will receive guidance and support from our Registered Dietitian who will teach you HOW to eat, which you will benefit from long after you reach your weight loss goals.
Our Registered Dietitian will provide accountability and support through your entire weight loss journey and beyond.
What You'll Find Inside Feel Great After Baby:
Phase #1
Preparation: Learn and understand the secret to weight loss and increasing energy! Be able to identify sources of carbohydrates, fats, and protein. Build out your meal plan, and make weekly adjustments under the supervision of a Registered Dietitian.
Phase #2
Action: Follow your meal plan and continue learning how what and when to eat to balance blood sugar and hormones. Begin to notice results!
Phase #3
Maintenance: While this phase may start at different points for everyone, this is the phase where you reach your weight loss goal! Continue eating with the same structure learned in class but with more flexibility.

Katie Dowd is a Registered Nutrition and Dietetics Technician, Certified Lactation Counselor and a mother of two! As a mom, she knows first hand the struggle of feeling Iike yourself again after having kids, and is so excited to share her knowledge to help you reach your goals.

We geared this course for post-pregnancy. If you are anywhere from 3 months to 3 years postpartum, this is for you!

No! We will be live on Google Meet Tuesdays at 7:30pm for 12 weeks beginning January 14th, 2025. If you cannot attend a live class-- NO PROBLEM. You will have access to recorded lessons shortly after the live class.
Nope, in fact, we encourage the opposite and will teach how to eat the right combination of food instead of reduce the amount.
This is a 12 week (3 month) program. This allows us time to walk you through our method of balanced eating so we can give you a warm hand-off back into the world.
Everyone receives access during the live calls each week. If you buy a higher tier, you can receive unlimited text support or even a personal 1:1 session during the 12 weeks.
